Abstract

The invention discloses a hearing aid comprising a beam former filtering unit comprising a smoothing unit. The hearing aid comprises the components of: a first microphone and a second microphone; an adaptive beam former filtering unit which comprises a first memory, a second memory and an adaptive wavebeam former processing unit and is used for supplying an adaptively determined adaptive parameter which represents an adaptive beam picture, and is configured for damping unexpected noise on a constraint condition that sound in an objective direction is substantially unchanged; and a combined wavebeam former which is used for supplying a combined beam shaping signal based on a first electric input signal, a second electric input signal, a weighting parameter which is between a first group of complex values and a second group of complex values and changes along with frequency, and an adaptive parameter in which the combined complex value changes along with the frequency, wherein the adaptive beam former filtering unit comprises a smoothing unit and is used for used for applying a statistics expected operator through a time smoothing complex expression and a solid number expression.

Description

Technical field [0001] This application relates to the field of hearing aids, such as hearing aids. Background technique [0002] Spatial filtering (directivity) through beamforming in hearing aids is an effective way to attenuate unwanted noise, because the direction-dependent gain can cancel noise from one direction while retaining the sound of interest coming in from the other direction. This may improve speech intelligibility. Generally, a beamformer in a hearing instrument has a beam pattern, which is continuously adjusted to minimize noise while the sound from the target direction is not changed. Since the acoustic properties of the noise signal change over time, the beamformer is implemented as an adaptive system that adjusts the directional beam pattern to minimize noise while the target sound (direction) is not changed. [0003] Despite the potential benefits, adaptive directionality also has some disadvantages. In a changing acoustic environment, adaptive systems need ...
