The patient physical examination data automatic logging device comprisesa physical examination data collection device connected to a physical examination device, a two-dimensional code label, a patient information storage device, a two-dimensional code printing device and a two-dimensional code scanner terminal. The physical examination data collection device is used for collecting physical examination data of the patient which is obtained by the physical examinationdevice. The two-dimensional code label is carried by a patient for identifying the patient; the patient information storage device is connected to the physical examination data collection device forstoring the information of all patients and generating an only code corresponding to each patient; the two-dimensional code printing device is connected to the patient information storage device for printing the two-dimensional code label containing the only code for each patient; and the two-dimensional code scanner terminal is installed at the physical examination device and is connected to thepatient information storage device, so that the patient information storage device can log the physical examination data collected by the physical examination data collection device into a database ofthe corresponding patient after the two-dimensional code label is scanned to identify the only code of the patient.
