The method comprises the following steps: simulating a constant pressure suction process through a smoke experiment machine, adsorbing solid phase substances in the smoke by using filters, and collecting gas phase substances in the smoke through a vacuum collection bag; and detecting the peak values and the wave peak waves of signals through an external standard detection technology by adopting an Agilent 7890A gas chromatograph to determine the components and the respective content ofthe gas phase substances in the smoke, weighing the mass of the Cambridge filters before and after the adsorption and the mass of the vacuum collecting bag before and after the collection of the smoke, and analyzing and calculating the mass fractions of all components in the solid substances and the gas phase substances in the smoke.
