The power supply comprises a rectification circuit, a constant-current driving circuit, an LED diode string lamp, a touch light modulation circuit and a voltage stabilizing circuit. The input end of the voltage stabilizing circuit is connected with the constant-current driving circuit and the output end is connected with the touch light modulation circuit. The rectification circuit rectifies municipal power into direct current voltage and supplies the direct current voltage to the constant-current driving circuit. The constant-current driving circuit begins to work and then provides voltage to the voltage stabilizing circuit. The voltage stabilizing circuit stabilizes the working voltage into 5V direct current voltage and provides the 5V direct current voltage for the touch light modulation circuit so as to allow the touch light modulation circuitto be in a standby state. A human body sensing touch signal is input into the touch light modulation circuit and adjustment of the brightness and of the color temperature of the LED diode string lampis controlled through the touch light modulation circuit. According to the invention, the stability of the working voltage of the touch light modulation circuit is improved; the stability and the sensitivity of the adjustment of the brightness and of the color temperature are improved; occurrence probability of phenomena of adjustment lagging, malfunction and error-triggering is reduced; and reliability of the adjustment of the brightness and of the color temperature of the LED diode string lamp is improved.
