Embodiment Construction

[0041] This specification illustrates the principles of the disclosure according to the invention. It is thus readily understood that those skilled in the art can conceive of various arrangements which, although not explicitly described herein, embody principles in accordance with the present disclosure and are likewise protected within its scope.

[0042] figure 1 The principle of vehicle communication by means of mobile radio is shown. The vehicle is provided with reference numeral 30 . The vehicles are respectively equipped with an on-board unit 31 which functions as a sending station and a receiving station for mobile communication. All messages from the vehicle (uplink) and to the vehicle (downlink) are either directed through the base station operating the mobile radio cell, or directly between the vehicles in the case of direct vehicle communication (sidelink, Sidelink) exchange. If the vehicle is located within the mobile radio cell, the vehicle logs in or register...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for the digital transmission of data blocks to at least one receiving station via a disturbed transmission channel. In the method of digitally transmitting a data block from a sending station to a receiving station, delta information is generated on the sending side, which indicates at which positions another data block differs from the preceding data block. The delta information is appended to another data block and transmitted in an error-protected manner. The received first data block and at least one expanded further data block are stored in the receiving station. The delta information of at least one extended further data block is then recovered and then applied to the stored previous data block. This makes it comparable with at least one other data block. A soft merge of the received further data block with the converted previous data block is then performed. Valid information for additional data blocks is recovered from the merged data blocks.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for the digital transmission of data blocks to at least one receiving station via a disturbed transmission channel. The application also relates to a matched sending station and a matched receiving station for use in the method. This application likewise relates to a motor vehicle in which adapted sending and / or receiving stations are installed. Background technique [0002] For the scenario of vehicles equipped with radio communication modules communicating directly with each other in public street traffic, very important for cooperative or autonomous driving is a very high reliability for safety-critical applications. Technologies for vehicle-to-vehicle direct communication have been developed and improved. As an example, mention may be made of direct vehicle communication via WLAN, here in particular a variant according to the WLAN standard IEEE 802.11p. In this technology, an ad hoc WLAN network is established f...
