Abstract

The transparent hair shampoo composition is characterized by comprising: 1-20 mass% of component (a): a surfactant represented by the formula (1), 1-20 mass% of component (b): an amphoteric surfactant, 0.01-2 mass% of component (c): cationized cellulose having a weight average molecular weight of 5*105-30*105, and 0.5-2.5 mass% of component (d): sodium chloride, wherein the mass ratio (a)/(b) of the components a to b is 1-9. In the formula (1), RCO represents an aliphatic acyl group having 8-22 carbon atoms, and M 1 represents an alkali metal atom, an alkanolamine, and an alkali metal salt of taurine.
