The invention relates to a method and an apparatus of reducing a signal interference in a wireless communication integration circuit. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring a wireless communication signal collected when an antenna of the wireless communication integration circuit is started; carrying out frequency spectrum analysis on the wireless communication signal and acquiringa signal frequency spectrum of the wireless communication signal; comparing the signal frequency spectrum of the wireless communication signal with a signal frequency spectrum of each noise signal ina preset noise model, and determining a first interference signal in the wireless communication signal; according to the signal frequency spectrum of the noise signal which is most similar to the first interference signal in the preset noise model, generating a first offset signal which is opposite to the noise signal which is the most similar to the first interference signal; and processing the wireless communication signal and the first offset signal and acquiring a processed wireless communication signal. In the method, a device does not need to be added to carry out physical isolation on awireless communication circuit and a digital system circuit, and cost is low.
