The invention belongs to the technical field of
flexible electronics and wearable devices, and relates to a heat shrink tube coated and packaged electroluminescent
fiber device and a preparation method thereof. According to the method, an enameled wire serves as a core material, and an insulating layer on the surface of the enameled wire directly serves as a
dielectric layer; through a conjugate electrostatic
spinning process, the
vertical distance from a needle tip to a collector and the ratio of a mixed
solvent are controlled, so that an electroluminescent material is loaded on the surface of the enameled wire in a
nanofiber form to form a luminescent layer; then, a composite outer
electrode layer is constructed; and finally, a transparent heat-shrinkable tube is adopted for hot air
coating packaging. By regulating and controlling the
spinning solvent system and the process parameters, the damage of the
solvent to the insulating layer of the enameled wire is avoided; the brightness of the device is obviously improved by adopting the multi-strand combined enameled wire; the heat shrink tube packaging process is simple, the problem that traditional
coating packaging is easy to peel off is effectively solved, and the stability and the
water resistance of the device in a complex mechanical environment are improved.
