The method includes the following steps: generating a channel frequency for next transmissionat a frequency hopping sequence generation module according to an input parameter and a basic frequency hopping sequence; determining whether the channel frequency is available according to channel quality evaluation through an AFH channel mapping module, and when available, outputting the first channel frequency as a channel sequence of an RF module; and when not available, generating a channelfrequency for the next transmission at the AFH channel mapping module according to the input parameter and the basic frequency hopping sequence, and when the generated channel frequency indicates an available channel, outputting the channel frequency as the channel sequence of the RF module.
