Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: a server intercepts an MAC address of a client that manufactures a large number of messages, writes the MAC address in a notification message and sends the notification message; after the client receives the notification message, an alert box pops up to prompt a user of the client to stop sending spam messages in the case of MAC matching success, and the client assembles and returns a response messages to the server; after a switch receives the notification message sent by the server, the switch adds the information of the switch, forms a retrospective message and sends back the retrospective messages in a receiving port; and the notification messageis forwarded, a timer is generated at a forwarding port, when the timer is overtime, and if the retrospective message returned by the switch connected with the forwarding port is not received, the forwarding port is closed. The system comprises a server module, a client module and a switch module.
