Abstract

The invention discloses a fiber balance aerodynamic measuring system and method. The system comprises a fiber balance aerodynamic measuring device, a signal demodulation device and a data processing system. The method comprises: combining output signals of fiber F-P strain gauges on measuring beams of a fiber balance body to determine output of each component of a fiber aerodynamic measuring balance; subjecting the fiber balance body with the fiber F-P strain gauges to static performance test to obtain static performance of each component of the fiber balance body; subjecting the fiber balancebody to static calibration to obtain an application formula of the fiber balance body; installing a fiber balance aerodynamic measuring device in a wind tunnel test segment, and carrying out a wind tunnel model force test to obtain aerodynamic load applied on a wind tunnel test model. The wind tunnel balance force test technique and the fiber sensing technique are combined herein, the measuring precision of a balance under high temperature, strong electromagnetism, damp and other severe environments is effectively improved, and the requirement of space vehicles for aerodynamic fine measurement is met.
