Big skewbacks which are integrally solidified with an arch wall secondary lining structure are arranged at the bottoms of the two sidesof the arch wall secondary lining structure, a base plate is arranged between the big skewbacks on the two sides, and the two ends of the base plate are solidified with the skewbacks on the two endscorrespondingly. A center box-shaped construction body which extends along the longitudinal center line of a base plate body is arranged under the base plate body, and an inner cavity of the center box-shaped construction body is used as a central water collecting and drainage channel.
