A bottom boardstructure is arranged on the bottom part of an arch wall secondary lining structure. Two ends of the bottom board structure are fixedly connected to two ends of the arch wall secondary lining and haunching is performed on the inner sides of the connection parts. A longitudinal through central water trench is arranged along the longitudinal central axis below the bottom board structure. The inspection well is arranged in the refuge hole. Transverse connection channels connect the central water trench with the inspection well.
