The device comprises a detection box and a precipitation box, wherein multiple partition boards are mounted in the detection box, sampling ports are formed in middles of the partition boards, convection ports are formed in the partition boards, the convection ports between adjacent partition boards are arranged in a staggered manner, a rack is mounted at the top end of the detection box, a winch is mounted on the rack, a pull rope is mounted on the winch, multiple sampling bottles are mounted on the pull rope, the pull rope extends into the lower sides of the partition boards through the sampling ports, the partition boards divide the detection box into multiple partition layers, and the samplingbottles are located in the corresponding partition layers respectively.
