Problems solved by technology

[0004] For this reason, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is that in the prior art, the coexistence of one-dimensional barcode and two-dimensional barcode requires a large printing space, and at the same time, the safety of the two-dimensional code is not high due to its reproducibility.

Embodiment Construction

[0040] A composite barcode such as figure 1 shown, including:

[0041] The one-dimensional barcode base A, the one-dimensional barcode carrying information, is printed with non-black common color ink. The reason for using non-black ink is that black cannot reflect light. If black ink is used, after the 2D barcode of the infrared ink is printed, it will affect the reflection of the light of the 2D barcode.

[0042] The two-dimensional composite area B is set at the center of the one-dimensional barcode base with a width less than or equal to the one-dimensional barcode base, mainly for the convenience of users to aim and locate.

[0043] The two-dimensional barcode C is printed on the two-dimensional composite area using infrared ink. This is invisible to the naked eye and can reduce the risk of being copied.

[0044] The one-dimensional barcode of the one-dimensional barcode base is an EAN barcode. It can also be an EAN code, or any one-dimensional barcode.

Abstract

A composite barcode comprises a one-dimensional barcode base, a two-dimensional composite area and a two-dimensional barcode. The two-dimensional composite area is arranged in the middle of the two-dimensional barcode, and the two-dimensional code is printed with infrared ink in the two-dimensional composite area. The original function of the one-dimensional barcode is maintained, and the functionof the one-dimensional barcode is not affected. Moreover, the two-dimensional barcode not visible to the human eyes is added for a machine to read, which improves the security and extends the range of application. A reading device for the composite barcode comprises a first trigger source and a second trigger source which generate corresponding interruptions. A central processing unit starts a corresponding barcode reading module according to a received interruption. The reading device has different lighting and aiming systems which adapt to barcodes of different types and barcodes made of different printing materials, which enables users and the device to identify barcodes easily. When one barcode reading module is working, the barcode reading module only needs to attempt to carry out decoding in part of decoding libraries of a barcode decoding module. Therefore, the number of decoding attempts is reduced, and the decoding efficiency is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a special barcode, in particular to a compound barcode and its reading device. Background technique [0002] Barcodes include one-dimensional barcodes and two-dimensional barcodes. Due to their advantages of easy error correction, large carrying information capacity, and low production costs, they are widely used in automatic identification fields such as industrial process control, warehousing logistics, and postal management. In these process management, it is of great practical significance to improve work efficiency by quickly and successfully identifying barcodes. One-dimensional barcodes and two-dimensional codes are usually used for inventory and traceability of commodities. Due to the limited data carrying capacity, one-dimensional codes are usually used as the carrier of price data and the carrier of product models. QR code has the advantage of greater information carrying capacity, and can be used as a record carrier...
