The vehicle-mounted program file encryption method comprises thefollowing steps: dividing the data in the vehicle-mounted program file into more than one data fragment; obtaining message authentication codes of the more than one data fragment according to the morethan one data fragment; using a key and the advanced encryption standard AES to encrypt the more than one data fragment; generating more than one encrypted sub-file based on the more than one encrypted data fragment and the message authentication codes of the more than one data fragment, wherein each encrypted sub-file includes one encrypted data fragment and the message authentication code of one data fragment; and combining the more than one encrypted sub-file to obtain the encrypted vehicle-mounted program file according to the more than one encrypted sub-file.
