The dust collecting plate is of a horn-shaped structure. The area of the top face of the dust collecting plate is larger than the area of the bottom face of the dustcollecting plate. The forming cylinder and the dust collecting plate communicate internally and are of an integrated structure. The periphery of the dust collecting plate is fixedly connected with theinner wall of the dust falling box. A circle of groove is formed in the top of the inner wall of the forming cylinder. The interior of the groove is connected with the periphery of a screw ring through a bearing. An inner ring of the screw ring is provided with a wide-distance thread. Multiple scraping plates are fixedly installed on the top face of the screw ring uniformly.
