A formula of the fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 18-28parts of nitrogenous fertilizer, 9-12 parts of phosphatic fertilizer, 12-17 parts of potassium fertilizer, and 0-5 parts of zinc fertilizer. The fertilizer has the following advantages: 1) the demandof the rice on nitrogen in growing stage can be effectively met; and the problems of withering in early period, denitriding in later period and unbalanced nutritional components can be avoided; 2) sufficient potassium fertilizer is supplied in later growing period of the rice, so that the lodging resistance of the rice is improved; and 3) the fertilizer is applied in one time, so that the problems such as frequent fertilizing of the rice, hard topdressing, and heavy work in farmlands can be effectively solved; the method is green; the labor is saved; the cost is saved; the efficiency is improved; the agricultural non-point source pollution is reduced; and the fertilizer utilization rate is increased.
