The method comprises: determining a boundary between an immersed part and a non-immersed part of a rock core partially immersed by working solution; carrying out scratching on the rock core along a length direction of the rock core; acquiring values of normal forces applied on different scratching points in the scratching process; according to the acquired normal force values on different scratching points and the boundary, determining the compressive strength of the to-be-measured rock before and after immersion of the working solution. According to the embodiment of the invention, when the compressive strength of the rock is measured, one rock core can be partially immersed by the working solution, so that the compressive strength of the rock before and after immersion of the working solution can be obtained by carrying out once scratching on the rock core along the length direction; compared to the prior art in which repeated experiments need to be carried out on multiple rock cores, the experimentflow is simplified, experiment efficiency is improved, and waste on the rock core is reduced.
