Abstract

The invention discloses a device and method for testing fluid phase content distribution on the basis of combination of a screw rod pump and ERT (Electrical Resistance Tomography). The device mainly consists of a control system, a parameter acquisition system and a tube conveying system. By adopting a modern automatic technique, automatic control on parameter acquisition and measurement proceduresis achieved, and by adopting the device and the method, not only are phase content data of any one point of a multi-phase fluid in a circulation pipeline obtained, but also phase content distributiondata of the multi-phase fluid in the circulation pipeline can be obtained, and furthermore phase content distribution curves of the multi-phase fluid in the circulation pipeline can be drawn; due tosuccessful application of the device and the method, a phase content distribution measurement method which is high in precision, non-contact, visible, small-size, good in interference resistance, freeof fluid field interference and small in environment factor influence is provided for mixing and conveying of the multi-phase fluid, and an effective method for precise on-line measurement on phase contents and phase flows of multi-phase fluids at a production site is provided.
