Abstract

The invention provides a ground-space communication method and device, and a nano satellite. The method comprises the steps that the nano satellite broadcasts a time sequence synchronization signal when the nano satellite is overhead a pre-determined ground anchor point; the nano satellite receives a time sequence synchronization request sent by user premises equipment in the pre-determined groundanchor point according to the time sequence synchronization signal; and then the nano satellite sends access permission information to the user premises equipment, so as to build a data connection between the nano satellite and the user premises equipment. The method builds the data connection between the nano satellite and the user premises equipment without deploying dedicated equipment for a return link on the nano satellite, effectively using communication resources of the nano satellite, and solving the problem in the prior art that dedicated equipment cannot be deployed due to limitation of the bearing capability of the nano satellite so as not to form the return link and realize communication between the nano satellite and the ground anchor point in a double connection manner.
