The refrigeration system comprises a compressor, a condensing component, a cold accumulation box and an expansion valve; the compressor communicates withthe fluid of the cold accumulation box in order as to compress low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant gas stored inside the cold accumulation box into high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant gas; the condensing component communicates with the fluid of the cold accumulation box in order to condense the high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant gas into high-pressure intermediate-temperaturerefrigerant liquid; the expansion valve communicates with the fluid of the condensing component in order to realize pressure reduction and throttling of the high-pressure intermediate-temperature refrigerant liquid and return the pressure-reduced and throttled high-pressure intermediate-temperature refrigerant liquid to the cold accumulation box; the low-pressure intermediate-temperature refrigerant liquid is expanded and evaporated in the cold accumulation box to form low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant gas; the low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant gas exchanges heat with the cold accumulating liquid in the cold accumulation box so as to store the cold quantity; and the cold accumulating liquid exchanges heat with air of the external environment to reduce the environmental temperature.
