Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of machine learning and Android memory optimization and data mining, and particularly relates to a method for cleaning background application based on Android user behavior habits. The method comprises: recording time and places that an Android mobile phone user uses each APP, and names of the APPs, to form a data set; pre-processing the data set, removing irrelevant information in the data set; training the pre-processed data set to obtain a weighted sequential pattern of APP usage by the user; calculating probability of using the APPs at different time andplaces; storing the weighted sequential pattern and the probabilities into a database; according to the weighted sequential pattern and the probabilities in the database, calculating scores of background applications and determining priority of the background applications; clean up the background application whose priority is higher than a lowest priority. The method can clean up the application which is most unlikely to be used by the mobile phone user at next time, so as to release resources, improve running smoothness and enhance user experience.
