The robust online channel state information estimation method comprises the steps of: constructing an online machine learning model for dynamic noise estimation based on real-time varying characteristics of a communication noise environment; embedding a channel variation regular in the online machine learning model based on continuously varying characteristics of a channel, constructing a complete statistical model, and acquiring a complete online channel estimation machine learning model according to a maximum posteriori estimation method; saving environmental noise distribution parameters and channel state information of a previous period of time by utilizing base station storage equipment, and combining with the online channel estimation machine learning model to obtain high-precision channel state information estimation.
