The invention discloses a herbal cologne capable of dispelling itch and relieving itching. 100 parts of the herbal cologne capable of dispelling itch and relieving itching is prepared from, by weight,0.1 to 0.6 part of lavender oil, 0.2 to 0.8 part of bergamot oil, 0.2 to 0.4 part of soya lecithin, 0.2 to 0.4 part of rose essence, 0.2 to 0.8 part of absolute of jasmine, 0.1 to 0.4 part of vanillin, 0.5 to 1.8 parts of ylang ylang oil, 0.2 to 0.5 part of cardamom oil, and the balance ethanol. Adding of lavender oil, soya lecithin, and the like is beneficial for fragrance volatilization, and bacterium inhibition, itch dispelling, and itching relieving effects are achieved; adding of ethanol is beneficial for enhancing of essence fragrance; and no skin irritation is caused.
