Abstract

The invention discloses a high-power V-type diesel engine body with an explosion-proof valve. The high-power V-type diesel engine body comprises a diesel engine body main body, cylinder bodies and gasinlet cavities, wherein the diesel engine body main body, the cylinder bodies and the gas inlet cavities are integrally casted, the two V-type rows of cylinder bodies with the included angle of 35-75degrees are arranged on the upper portions of the diesel engine body. Six cylinder sleeve holes are uniformly distributed in each row of cylinder bodies. The gas inlet cavities are formed in the topof the diesel engine body main body and evenly provided with six cylinder head gas inlet holes and are also provided with five explosion-proof valve holes. The explosion-proof valve holes and the cylinder head gas inlet holes are arranged at intervals. The gas intake cavities and the diesel engine body main body are integrally cast and formed. The explosion-proof valve holes for controlling the gas intake pressure are formed. The V-type cylinder body design is adopted, so that the whole diesel engine body is compact in structure, saves space, and is suitable for diesel engines with high powerand high strength requirements.
