The thrombus removal device comprises a conveying mechanism, a control mechanism, a main bracket and an auxiliary bracket, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying pipe; the control mechanism comprises a control line and a developing ring, wherein the control line is movably arranged in the conveying pipe in apenetrating mode, and the developing ring is arranged on the control line; the main bracket is in a reticular structure, and a near-end of the main bracket is fixedly arranged at a far-end of the conveying pipe; the auxiliary bracket comprises a plurality of spiral lines which can be mutually wound and released, the near-end of a spiral line is fixedly arranged on the control line, and the far-end of the spiral line can be bound on the control line and is close to the developing ring. Through a combined action and interworking of the main bracket and the auxiliary bracket, thrombus can be efficiently removed, and an occurrence of a thrombus escape phenomenon can be prevented, so that burden brought to a patient by repeatedly removing the thrombus is reduced.
