The in-building emergency evacuation indicator lamp is provided with a pixel lamp base composed of a flat plateand grid bars; the grid bars are vertically mounted on the front face of the flat plate mutually parallelly at equal intervals; the grid bars can extend out to stand on the front face of the flat plate and can also retract into to be hidden in the front face of the flat plate; and pixel lamps are mounted the left face and the right face of each grid bar in column and also mounted on the front faceof the flat plate in column. When the indicator lamp displays guidance signals, people located at front left part and the front right part of the indicator lamp can only see the guidance signal displayed by the pixel lamps on the left faces and the right faces of all the grid bars in a combined mode, people in front of the indicator lamp can only see the guidance signal displayed by the pixel lamps on the front face of the flat plate in a combined mode.
