monitoring data, matches the corresponding calling objects of the
risk area and generates a calling object
list, determines and dynamically adjusts the total
time limit of calling according to the disaster grade, and generates a calling instruction. The calling instruction is executed to send the calling information and
record the sending state, receive and analyze the feedback information to obtain the feedback result containing the
positive feedback state set and other states. Based on the sending state and the feedback result, the retry object is screened, the retry calling instruction is generated and executed in a cycle until the preset closed-loop condition is met, and the calling closed-loop
record is generated. The application also discloses a corresponding
system for implementing the above method, which can effectively improve the accuracy and response efficiency of meteorological disaster early warning and calling, realize the whole-process traceable closed-loop management and control, adapt to the dynamic change characteristics of extreme
meteorological disasters, and maximize the reduction of disaster risk.
