Abstract

The invention discloses a determination method of an optimal scheme for preparing a recycled aggregate product. The determination method comprises the steps of setting the particle size of a recycledaggregate as one of influencing factors; dividing the particle size into six levels according to the national standard; continuously selecting four or more than four levels starting from the first level, and evenly dividing other influencing factors into groups having the same number as the levels; mixing the raw materials, then adding water into the raw materials, shaping, smoothening and maintaining the mixture to obtain the recycled aggregate product; detecting the compressive strength of the recycled aggregate product; performing linear regression fitting on the compressive strength and the influencing factors to obtain an equation; and importing the equation into MATLAB (matrix laboratory) software, solving the value corresponding to each influencing factor when the compressive strength is maximum to determine the optimal scheme. With adoption of the determination method of the optimal scheme for preparing the recycled aggregate product, a formula of the recycled aggregate productis rapidly determined, the process of screening and allocating standard grading is eliminated, the fuzziness and randomness of the recycled aggregate can be considered, the composite material is prepared by large-scale and multi-scale utilization of the recycled aggregate, the wastes are utilized, the environment is protected, the cost is reduced and the recycled aggregate product with excellentperformance is produced.
