Abstract

The invention discloses an NAND FLASH data verification method. When the system is started, the data in the first partition are verified according to the normal process, if the verification is passed,the system is normally started, otherwise, the data in the second partition are further read for verification, the data of the second partition is backup of the data of the first partition, and if the data of the second partition passes the verification, the system can be normally started. Due to the fact that the NAND FLASH in the scheme is provided with the two partitions, the data of the second partition is the backup of the data of the first partition, even if data verification in the first partition fails, the second partition can be used for replacing the first partition, the system canbe started normally, and therefore the probability that the system cannot be started can be effectively reduced. The invention further provides an NAND FLASH data verification system and device and acomputer readable storage medium, and the above technical effects can also be achieved.
