Abstract

The invention relates to a direct-current cut-off device and method for matching a full-bridge half-bridge split-phase hybrid MMC topology with an alternating-current circuit breaker, and belongs to the technical field of flexible direct-current power transmission. The invention discloses a direct-current cut-off device and a direct-current cut-off strategy for matching a full-bridge half-bridge split-phase hybrid MMC topology with an alternating-current circuit breaker. After a sensor on a line detects that a fault occurs, a convertor station starts a fault control scheme, a bypass control strategy is adopted for two phases formed by half-bridge submodules, and a locking control strategy is adopted for one phase formed by a full bridge. And after the control strategy is started, an alternating-current component is superposed on a direct-current bus, when the alternating-current circuit breaker detects a zero crossing point, the alternating-current circuit breaker starts to be disconnected, and the converter station starts a three-phase bypass control scheme until the alternating-current circuit breaker is completely disconnected. The direct current line fault can be effectively cut off, and quick response can be achieved after the fault. Compared with a direct-current circuit breaker scheme, the alternating-current circuit breaker can greatly reduce the cut-off cost, and the direct-current cut-off device and method can be effectively suitable for direct-current power grid scenes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a direct current interrupting device and method in which a full-bridge-half-bridge phase-splitting hybrid MMC topology cooperates with an alternating current circuit breaker, and belongs to the field of flexible direct current transmission. Background technique [0002] Flexible direct current transmission (VSC-HVDC) is a new generation of direct current transmission technology after alternating current and conventional direct current transmission. Flexible DC transmission technology has the characteristics of independent adjustment of active power and reactive power, strong weak grid access and low voltage ride-through capabilities, low AC filtering and reactive power compensation requirements, etc. Flexible DC transmission is an important piece of equipment for building smart grids. Compared with traditional methods, flexible DC transmission has stronger technologies in island power supply, urban distribution network capacity...
