Abstract

The invention provides a demand management system and method. The system comprises a block chain, a client and a demand analysis end. The blockchain sends a product demand of the client for a preset demand target to the demand analysis end, and pushes a first demand document generated by the client according to the product demand to the product development end and the client. The blockchain storesfeedback opinions of the demand documents sent by the blockchain and the client and sends the feedback opinions to the demand analysis end. The block chain pushes a second demand document updated bythe demand analysis end according to the feedback opinion of the demand document to the product development end and the client, stores confirmation notifications which are sent by the demand analysisend and aim at the received second demand document, and sends the confirmation notifications to the demand analysis end. The demand analysis end sends a determination result to the block chain when determining that a second demand document is a final version according to the confirmation notification; and the block chain takes the second demand document as the latest demand document according to the determination result and stores the latest demand document. Therefore, the work efficiency of demand development can be improved.
