Abstract

The ultrasonic suspension conveying device comprises an outer frame, ultrasonic vibration mechanisms, fixing cross plates, supporting plates, a semicircular conveying plate and a semicircular reflecting plate. Four energy converters are connected with the semicircular conveying plate which serves as a radiating surface, the energy converters are driven by multidimensional excitation signals to drive the radiating surface conveying plate to generate vibration, so that a standingwave field is generated between the conveying plate and the reflecting plate. An object is suspended on sound pressure nodes, the suspended object can be conveyed in the direction of the conveying plate by adjusting vibration phase differences of the four energy converters, and long-distance conveying can be achieved by means of excitation of the four energy converters. As long as the energy converters are connected to the two ends of the conveying plate, the length of the semicircular conveying plate can be adjusted at will, so that different-distance conveying is achieved.
