Abstract

The embodiment of the invention relates to a resource allocation method for NOMA and D2D converged communication. The resource allocation method comprises: acquiring channel allocation information ofCUE users, channel allocation information of D2D users and D2D user power of individuals in an initial user group; performing optimization calculation according to the channel distribution informationof the CUE user, the channel distribution information of the D2D user and the D2D user power to obtain CUE user power distribution information; performing calculating according to the channel distribution information of the CUE and the D2D user and the power of the CUE user to obtain an individual fitness value; randomly selecting three individuals from the initial user group, and performing calculating through fitness values of the three individuals to generate new individuals; and comparing the fitness values of the new individuals with the fitness values of the individuals in the initial user group, and carrying out optimal solution on the left individuals.
