Problems solved by technology

[0004] One is that the existing humic substances extraction method is mainly to extract humic acid and fulvic acid. These two components belong to soluble humic substances (DOM), and they can be extracted by using a certain proportion of alkaline solution, while humin It exists in the remaining residue after extraction, but these residues also contain a large amount of impurities, and there is no mature method to purify it from the residue
[0005] The second is that the existing extraction methods are basically only for one type of humic substance source, and different reagent formulas and extraction processes are required to extract humic substance components from multiple sources, which does not make use of the humic substance components. The industrialization of extraction will greatly increase the difficulty and cost of extraction
[0006] Third, most of the humus extraction methods in the past are only suitable for the extraction of a small amount of humus components in the laboratory, and cannot meet the production needs of industrialization

Embodiment 1

[0082] Such as figure 2 Shown, a kind of extraction and purification method applicable to humus in soil, peat and lignite, comprises the following steps:

[0083] (Ⅰ) Alkaline extraction of DOM

[0084] (ⅰ) DOM extraction

[0085] (A) Dosing

[0086] (1) Alkaline extract (0.1mol / L): Na 4 P 2 o 7 +NaOH (molar ratio 1:1) solution

[0087] Weigh 265.90g anhydrous Na 4 P 2 o 7 Dissolve with 40.00g NaOH and make to 20L solution;

[0088] Configure Na every time 4 P 2 o 7 +NaOH (molar ratio 1:1) needs to measure the pH value, measure the pH after cooling the extract solution to room temperature each time, and compare the change of pH value before and after adding the extract solution.

[0089] (2) 1:1 hydrochloric acid

[0090] Measure 12L of concentrated hydrochloric acid (4 bottles x 3L / bottle) and set the volume to 24L;

[0091] (B) extract

[0092] (1) Weigh 400g of black soil that has been air-dried and passed through a 100-mesh sieve into a 2L polytetrafluoro ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting and purifying humus in soil, peat and lignite. The method comprises the steps of: (I) extracting soluble humus by an alkali; (II) extracting iron-combined humin by acid-soluble alkali extraction; (III) extracting viscous particle-combined humin by acid-soluble alkali extraction; and (IV) separating and purifying insoluble humin. The invention systematically proposes a method for extracting and purifying humin, and improves and optimizes humin and fulvic acid extraction methods proposed by the National Humus Association, so that the method is moresuitable for domestic humus source characteristics, and through combination of the humin and fulvic acid extraction methods, a complete set of systemic integral standard method for extracting the components of humus of different sources is formed with independent intellectual property rights.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a humic acid extraction process, in particular to an extraction and purification method suitable for humus in soil, peat and lignite. Background technique [0002] Humus is a type of colloidal substance formed and accumulated by the decomposition and transformation of animal and plant remains through a series of geochemical processes. It is widely distributed in soil sediments. It is not only an important fertility indicator for plant growth, but also an important ecological environment regulators. At the end of the last century, with the in-depth research on humus, it was found that humus has rich organic functional groups and surface active sites, which can produce adsorption, complexation, hydrophobic decomposition and photochemical effects on heavy metals and organic pollutants, thereby effectively restricting pollutants. The migration and diffusion in the soil can significantly reduce the accumulation of pollutants (espec...
