The using method comprises the following steps that a bone tunnel is opened in the preset positions of the thighbone and the tibia; pulling the ligament of the ligament reconstruction fixing device into the bone tunnel from the outer side of the femoral cortex to the tibia side until the ligament fixing structure is matched with the femoral outer side section of the bone tunnel; after one end of the tibia side of the ligament is pulled to a certain tension, the tibia end of the ligament is fixed on the tibia.
