A problem of water tankfoundation settlement is resolved by disposing the water tank fastening apparatus at a lower part of the water tank main body. The water tank main body is communicated with a first water pipe, a second water pipe, a third water pipe and a fourth water pipe. A water stream in water container equipment passes through the first water pipe, a front end of the water tank main body, a rear end of the water tank main body and the second water pipe, and then returns into the water container equipment, or may pass through the third water pipe, the rear end of the water tank main body, the front end ofthe water tank main body and the fourth water pipe, and return into the water container equipment, so that a bi-directional water stream is implemented.
