The invention provides a net load interaction multi-dimensional operation
system based on
smart power grids. The net load interaction multi-dimensional operation
system based on the
smart power grids comprises a scheduling
master station, a user substation, a communication net mobile terminal and a
public network on-line device. The scheduling
master station is used for formulating a scheduling policy through energy efficiency analysis and
simulation modeling, obtained scheduling policy information is sent to the user substation which is installed on a user side through a
transport layer. The user substation carries out
self energy management, receives and processes the scheduling policy and then sends the scheduling policy to the communication net mobile terminal. Due to the fact that the communication net mobile terminal controls the user substation, an energy optimizing strategy and inquiry and management of a load power utilization condition and an operation state are achieved. The
public network on-line device is used for supplying data and policy information to the scheduling
master station through the
transport layer and supplying
electricity consumption information and service to
public network users. The
system arranges various terminal devices arranged in a scheduling data network, an information inner network, a public network, a communication network and an electric grid in different networks,
interconnection and collaborative operation are carried out on the system to achieve intelligent
demand response and construction of a
demand side optimizing operation system.
