The device comprises a pipeline, a spraying assembly and a water pump, wherein the pipeline is arranged in correspondence to the production line and is provided with a cavity; the cavity comprises a sliding way and a water storage cavity, and the sliding way and the water storage cavity are communicated with each other along a longitudinal direction; the water storage cavity extends in the length direction of the pipeline; the spraying assembly comprises a spraying pipe and a spraying head whichare slidably mounted on the sliding way, one end of the spraying pipe is connected with the spraying head, and the other end of the spraying pipe is connected with the water storage cavity; the waterpump is arranged on the spraying pipe and used for pumping water in the water storage cavity to the spraying head for spraying when the spraying pipe is communicated with the water storage cavity. According to the invention, the pipeline is arranged in correspondence to the production line, and the spraying pipe is slidably connected with the sliding way, so the spraying assembly can move to anyposition on the production line for spraying operation, which is beneficial for broadening a spraying area, and thus, the water mist purification degree of each position is balanced, and water mist purification effect is optimized; and the spraying pipe can be connected and disconnected with the water storage cavity, so the device is flexibly adapted to running and stalling of the production line,and the practicability of the device is improved.
