The method includes: adopting a sub-basin contour zone sleeving mode as a model basic calculation unit; dividing the sub-basins into equal-height zones with different numbers according to theelevation based on DEM; and counting relevant parameters, extracting channel grids, setting channel length thresholds, elimiating dummy channels, carrying out generalization on the silt dam in the equal-height zone and carrying out statistics on related parameters of the silt dam; carrying out slope confluence process simulation on each equal-height zone and caryring out confluence process simulation on sub-basin channels by adopting a kinematic wave equation, carrying out regulation and storage correction on channel confluence amount by adopting a silt dam water balance principle, and simulating a riverway confluence process by adopting the kinematic wave equation.
