According to the invention, when the receiver cannot be compatible with the transmission file, the transmission file of a lower version can be obtained through the cloud server. Thus, the receiver is ensured to receive the effective file, the limitation that the receiver and the sender receive the version of the application program in an information exchange manner is avoided, and the work independence of the receiving terminal and the sending terminal is ensured.
