The method comprises the steps of: collecting the historical related data of a park to perform photovoltaic output prediction and load prediction; proposing a Bayesian probability graph model based on node voltage and switch state association according to a current topological structure, and effectively identifying the operation mode of the current topology of the park distribution network system by adopting a confidence degree reasoning algorithm; and providing a distribution network operation optimization model taking transformer substation load rate balance as a target on the basis of the operation mode of the current topology with photovoltaic outputand a load prediction result fully considered. According to the method of the invention, under the condition of comprehensively considering the photovoltaic output, load prediction and the like, thepower flow constraint and transfer constraint of the network are fully considered, and the operation mode of the park topology, which enables the optimal substation load balance is solved by adoptinga genetic algorithm, so that the day-ahead optimized power supply reliability of the park power distribution system is ensured.
