A feedback regulation circuit is formed by the output signal acquisition circuit and the controller, and closed-loop control of a microwave generation process is realized, so that the power error of an output microwave signal is reduced, and accurate control of the output power is realized; and devices such as amplifiers and the like adopted in the amplification circuit are damaged easily, so that a standing waveprotection circuit is formed by the standing wave signal acquisition circuit and the controller, and the service life of the devices is prolonged.
