The control method of the orifice therapeutic apparatus comprises the steps of obtaining a first air pressure value in the therapeutic apparatus, obtaining a second air pressure value after a therapeutic head is placed in an orifice, and determining whether or not the difference between the first air pressure value and the second air pressure value in the therapeutic head meets therapeutic conditions; when the difference between the first air pressure value and the second air pressure value in the therapeutic head does not meet the therapeutic conditions, controlling an automatic inflation and deflation unit to act to adjust the air pressure value of the therapeutic head until the difference between thefirst air pressure value and the second air pressure value meets the therapeutic conditions; and when the air pressure value in the therapeutic head meets the therapeutic conditions, controlling the therapeutic head to output an electric signal to treat tissue.
