Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a suspension, in particular to a method for preparing a chitosan and abamectin suspension by using a dispersion method, which comprises the following steps: S1, measuring a proper amount of acetic acid to prepare a 1% acetic acid solution; S2, weighing a proper amount of chitosan into the acetic acid solution, and stirring to prepare a chitosan solution; S3, measuring a proper amount of tween-80 solution, and fixing the volume to 10ml by utilizing the purified water solution to prepare a dispersing agent solution; S4, mixing the prepared dispersing agent solution and chitosan solution into a container filled with abamectin, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment; S5, pouring the mixture subjected to ultrasonic treatment in the step S4 into ameasuring cylinder with a plug, adding purified water to a constant volume of 50ml, and uniformly shaking to obtain a chitosan and abamectin suspension; the prepared suspension has good release performance, and overcomes the defects of instability, easy photolysis and the like of abamectin in an acid-base environment, so that chitosan can be used as a novel pesticide candidate carrier.
