A method for preparing a multifunctional slow-release fertilizer

This invention discloses a method for preparing a multifunctional slow-release fertilizer. First, a porous carrier is prepared by co-precipitation and calcination of iron tailings acid leaching solution and aluminum salts. Nutrient solution is loaded onto the carrier, dried, and granulated to obtain fertilizer particles. A bio-based composite coating precursor solution is prepared by mixing nanocellulose whiskers, sodium alginate, polyacrylic acid, and fumed silica, and a calcium chloride-chitosan solution is used as a crosslinking agent to obtain fertilizer particles. Finally, fluidized bed coating technology is used to sequentially spray the coating precursor solution and crosslinking agent solution onto the surface of the fertilizer particles. After two coating processes and drying, a multifunctional slow-release fertilizer is obtained. This invention combines the preparation of an industrial solid waste resource utilization carrier, the construction of a bio-based composite coating, and a rhizosphere-responsive slow-release design to prepare a multifunctional slow-release fertilizer. This fertilizer not only has low preparation cost but is also rich in nutrients, has good slow-release performance, and excellent mechanical stability.

This invention provides a drug-loaded halloysite material, its preparation method, and its application. The drug-loaded halloysite material is prepared from halloysite, a drug, and an encapsulation material. Halloysite has good loading and sustained-release effects on drugs such as ciprofloxacin, diclofenac sodium, and nicotinic acid. Encapsulation with the encapsulation material further delays the release of the drug, resulting in slow release in the intestine and stomach, achieving targeted and controlled release. In addition, its preparation method is simple and can achieve rapid encapsulation, further avoiding drug loss during the encapsulation process. It can be used in the biomedical field, especially in the application of sustained-release drugs and intestinal targeted drug delivery, showing good application prospects.

Sodium alginate-biochar loaded thiamethoxam slow-release granules, preparation method and application thereof

PendingCN122350072AGood slow releaseNo residual riskThiamethoxamVermin
This invention discloses a slow-release granule formulation of sodium alginate-biochar loaded with thiamethoxam, its preparation method, and its application. The slow-release granule uses biochar as the adsorbent carrier to adsorb thiamethoxam and sodium alginate as the encapsulating material, which is then cross-linked and solidified by dripping calcium chloride solution. The mass ratio of biochar to thiamethoxam is (10~30):1, the mass-to-volume ratio of sodium alginate to water is 1.5~2.0 g:100 mL, and the concentration of the calcium chloride solution is 1.5%~3.0%. The prepared slow-release granule has a cumulative release time of over 90 hours in distilled water, with no obvious burst release phenomenon. Pot experiments show that it maintains a continuous control effect on eggplant thrips for 7 days after application, which is superior to conventional spraying treatment. This invention has a simple preparation process, is environmentally friendly, and has excellent slow-release performance, making it suitable for green control of agricultural pests.
