Each row of clusters (2) is assigned at least one flexible web(4), wherein the web (4) is mounted on the central shaft (1), is arranged directly adjoining a row of clusters (2) and extends over part of the height of the bristles (3) in such a way that the web (4) contacts and supports the clusters (2) from one side.
