Abstract

The invention provides a shale gas lithofacies quality evaluation method. The method comprises the following steps: the step S10, determining key geological parameters influencing shale gas and a value range of each key geological parameter according to basic characteristics of the shale gas; the step S20, establishing a basic primitive based on the key geological parameters and the value range; and the step S30, obtaining values of all the key geological parameters in different shale lithofacies through measurement, corresponding the values to the basic primitives, and obtaining different closed curves, wherein the area of the closed curve is used for evaluating the quality of the lithofacies. By applying the evaluation method provided by the invention, the shale lithofacies quality can be rapidly and accurately evaluated in the shale gas exploration and development process.
