Embodiment Construction

[0084] The application will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, but not to limit the protection scope of the present application.

[0085] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention provides an optimal scheduling method for a controllable load cluster to provide backup auxiliary services, comprising the following steps:

[0086] Step 1, collect the operating parameters of the controllable load cluster in the power grid. Specifically include:

[0087] The number of controllable loads contained in the controllable load cluster is represented by N, and the serial number of each controllable load is represented by i, i=1, 2, ..., N;

[0088] The load types of each controllable load include power flexible type and state flexible type. The power flexible controllable load means that the controllable load cannot stop power co...

Abstract

The invention discloses an optimal scheduling method for providing standby auxiliary service by a controllable load cluster. The method comprises the following steps: 1, collecting operation parameters of each controllable load in the load cluster; 2, determining the flexible characteristics of each controllable load according to the operation parameters obtained in the step 1, and constructing anoperation constraint and adjustment capacity model of each controllable load; 3, obtaining electricity price data of each time period of the day-ahead whole day; 4, with the models and the data obtained in the step 2 and the step 3 and with the minimum total cost of the controllable load cluster as the target, establishing an optimization model of controllable load cluster operation and providingstandby capacity; 5, enabling a controllable load aggregator to provide a standby for the power grid and participates in the centralized market according to the result of the step 4, and after marketclearing is completed, acquiring a clearing result which comprises the electricity price, the standby capacity price and the standby capacity needing to be provided in each time period; and distributing the standby capacity to each controllable load.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of power system operation, in particular to the optimal scheduling problem of the controllable load clusters in the power system providing power grid standby auxiliary services. Background technique [0002] With the development of smart grid and energy Internet, concepts such as "flexible load" and "grid-friendly load" have been proposed and gradually applied in practice. The energy Internet is mainly reflected in the information interconnection of electric loads on the user side. On the one hand, users can respond to market price signals or incentive mechanisms to change electricity consumption behavior. On the other hand, real-time online control of the load can be realized to meet the fast power balance control requirements of the power system. Loads represented by electric vehicles have flexible power adjustment capabilities. With the help of intelligent power utilization technology, industrial and commercial ...
